    I'm a full-time wine consultant in Sonoma County. This entails matching wine to people, wine to food, wine to collectors and investors, wine to specific cellar locations.

    The drive to acquire the finest wines available in an ever-changing market has begun to overshadow the practical care and operation of a wine collection. Enjoying wine is related to pleasure rather than hard work. Wine cellars - of whatever size - need to be managed and I do it properly all over the United States.

    AcCELLARate is one answer to many questions such as, "Why does wine seem like so much work? In addition, why does every winemaker make assumptions about when I should open it?" Rather than pay enormous fees to have the same "objective" information dressed up in generalities, my clients and I take the time to collaborate. The idea is take singular palate data - actual tasting experiences - and generate very individual and intuitive guidelines about the movement of every wine in a collection. There is no one way to do it, no template available for a truly unique set of recommendations. I am not your handyman, your accountant or your inside connection to the next "cult winery." I am your ongoing "wine whisperer," your cellar concierge who can offer practical advice that allows you to enjoy your wines every single day with intelligence in every respect.
